On demand health care

The Find My Appointment directory has an on-demand health care service to allow clients to instantly connect with natural health care practitioners for acute consultations. Your availability will automatically be tied to your MA account (including any booking lead times you’ve specified). When a client books an acute care consult, you’ll get an SMS asking you to accept the booking along with the reasons for the consult. Your client will then make payment, complete a form providing additional information including any medications they are on and any relevant medical history. You’ll have a few moments to review this before your client is connected to you via our in-built Telehealth service.

Getting paid

Transaction fees for acute care services are charged at 1.7% + 25c per transaction. Your funds will be deposited into your nominated bank account on a weekly basis.
