In order to help clients connect with their ideal practitioner and vice versa, we’ve built in keywords which will allow you to add search terms to make it easier for your ideal clients to find your business.

To promote all the service providers in your practice, all business profiles will include a free standard practitioner listing. If you’d like your practitioners to receive more exposure and help them connect with more of their ideal clients, you can create and individual detailed profile listing, or send them a profile request to complete themselves. Detailed listings will be free for 12 months and can be unpublished, edited and republished anytime.

Add your team members to your profile. Choose whether you want a standard or detailed listing. You have the ability to create their profiles yourself or send them a request to complete it themselves.
The Find My Appointment directory has an on-demand health care service to allow clients to instantly connect with natural health care practitioners for acute consultations. Your availability will automatically be tied to your MA account (including any booking lead times you’ve specified). When a client books an acute care consult, you’ll get an SMS asking you to accept the booking along with the reasons for the consult. Your client will then make payment, complete a form providing additional information including any medications they are on and any relevant medical history. You’ll have a few moments to review this before your client is connected to you via our in-built Telehealth service.
Practitioners will require a detailed listing to be included in the acute care section.

Transaction fees for acute care services are charged at 1.5% + 25c per transaction. Your funds will be deposited into your nominated bank account on a weekly basis.
We’ll let you know when your profile goes live. Your 12 month free listing/s will commence from that date.
